When I'm not face first in an Adobe application, you might find me whipping egg whites to peak stiffness, alchemizing baking staples into delicious buttercreams, or adorning sweet treats with seasonal fruits and flowers. Baking cakes and other kitchen delicacies for friends, family, and lovers to enjoy is one of my favorite pleasures in life. Getting to pursue this work in every way possible from selling homemade cakes, to scouring NYT Cooking recipes and practicing piping techniques seems to be a never ending wellspring of joy for me.
